Shipping Policy

Aituos Controls supports domestic and international shipment of industrial automation parts. Shipping method, cost, lead time, and delivery terms are confirmed during quotation or order processing.
Order Processing
Processing time depends on stock location, product condition, quantity, inspection requirements, export documentation, and carrier collection schedules. We will confirm expected dispatch timing before or during order confirmation.
Shipping Methods
Depending on destination and shipment size, we may use international express carriers, air freight, or other suitable logistics services. Carrier selection may include DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, or regional freight providers where available.
Shipping Charges
Freight charges are normally quoted separately unless shipping is included in the commercial offer. Charges may vary by destination, weight, dimensions, declared value, service level, and special handling requirements.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the consignee is responsible for destination-country import duties, taxes, customs-clearance fees, permits, and other local charges. Aituos Controls will provide standard commercial shipping documents required for the shipment.
Delivery Estimates
Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, carrier capacity, remote-area delivery, public holidays, regulatory checks, or other events outside our control.
Shipment Inspection
Please inspect the outer packaging and product condition after delivery. If a shipment appears damaged, retain the packaging and contact us promptly with photos, the tracking number, and order reference.
Address Changes
Delivery-address changes must be requested before dispatch. Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, address changes may not be possible or may result in additional fees.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available after the carrier has accepted the shipment.
