Shipping Policy
This policy explains how Aituos Controls processes and ships industrial automation parts to domestic and international destinations.
Last updated: September 8, 2026
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Processing time depends on stock location, quantity, product condition, inspection requirements, export documentation and carrier collection schedules. Expected dispatch timing is confirmed during quotation, order confirmation or subsequent order communication.
Orders may be held until required payment, compliance information or shipping instructions have been received.
2. Shipping Methods
Depending on destination, urgency, shipment value, weight and dimensions, Aituos Controls may use international express carriers, air freight or another suitable logistics service. Common options may include DHL, FedEx, UPS and regional freight providers where available.
3. Shipping Charges
Freight is normally quoted separately unless the commercial offer expressly includes shipping. Charges can vary by destination, weight, dimensions, declared value, service level, insurance, remote-area delivery and special handling requirements.
Any additional carrier charge caused by a buyer-requested change after booking may be passed through where applicable.
4. Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Requirements
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the consignee is responsible for destination-country import duties, taxes, customs-clearance charges, permits, local broker fees and other import-related costs.
Aituos Controls will provide standard commercial documents reasonably required for shipment. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the destination can legally import and use the ordered product.
5. Delivery Estimates
Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific guaranteed service has been agreed in writing. Delivery can be affected by customs clearance, carrier capacity, weather, public holidays, regulatory checks, remote-area service and other events outside our control.
6. Shipment Inspection & Visible Damage
Please inspect outer packaging and product condition promptly after delivery. If a shipment appears damaged, retain the packaging and contact us with the tracking number, order reference and clear photos of the shipment and affected item.
Prompt notice helps preserve the ability to raise a claim with the carrier or arrange another appropriate resolution.
7. Delivery Address Changes
Address changes must be requested before dispatch. After a shipment has been handed to the carrier, an address change may be impossible, may cause delay or may generate additional carrier charges.
8. Tracking & Delivery Communication
Tracking details are provided when available after the carrier accepts the shipment. Carrier scans and estimated delivery times are managed by the carrier and may not update immediately after collection.
