2. Website Use

Content on this website is provided for product identification, sourcing, technical reference and commercial inquiry. You may not use the website in a way that interferes with its operation, violates applicable law or misrepresents Aituos Controls or third-party manufacturers.

3. Quotations, Availability & Order Acceptance

Website listings do not constitute a binding offer. Product availability, price, quantity, condition, lead time, shipping method and payment terms are confirmed in a quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation or other written commercial document.

An order becomes binding when accepted by Aituos Controls and any required payment or agreed commercial condition has been satisfied.

4. Product Identification & Buyer Responsibility

Industrial components should be ordered using the exact manufacturer Part Number whenever possible. The buyer is responsible for confirming suitability for the intended system, application, electrical ratings, firmware, revision, approvals and installation requirements.

Where a replacement or compatibility reference is provided, final suitability should still be verified against manufacturer documentation and the actual system configuration.

5. Product Condition

Unless otherwise stated, the default product condition is New. Products may also be offered as New – Open Box, Refurbished or Used when clearly identified in the listing, quotation or order confirmation.

Packaging condition may vary for legacy or discontinued items. Any material condition difference known before sale will be stated where relevant.

6. Pricing, Currency & Payment

Prices may change with availability, quantity, condition, exchange rates, logistics costs and market supply. The applicable currency, payment method, bank details, bank charges and payment terms are stated in the commercial documents for each order.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring payment information and remittance references are accurate. Additional bank fees charged by intermediary or receiving institutions may be outside our control.

7. Shipping, Customs & Import Charges

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy and the transaction-specific commercial terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer or consignee is responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, permits, customs-clearance charges and other local import costs.

8. Warranty & Returns

Unless otherwise stated before purchase, products are covered by our 12-month standard warranty and 30-day standard return request period, subject to the eligibility, authorization and inspection conditions in our Refund & Returns Policy.

9. Technical Information & Documentation

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, manuals and reference information. Industrial products can have multiple revisions, firmware versions, regional approvals and lifecycle states.

Critical engineering, safety, installation and compatibility information should be verified against the applicable manufacturer documentation before use.

10. Manufacturer Names & Trademarks

Manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, product names and Part Numbers belong to their respective owners and are used for product identification, technical reference and catalog organization. Aituos Controls is an independent supplier and does not claim manufacturer authorization unless explicitly stated.

11. Export, Sanctions & Regulatory Compliance

Orders may be subject to export-control, sanctions, customs, end-use, end-user or other regulatory requirements. We may request additional buyer, destination or end-use information and may delay, decline or cancel a transaction where reasonably required for legal or compliance purposes.

12. Events Outside Reasonable Control

Aituos Controls is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, natural events, power or network outages, supply interruption, government restrictions, labor disruption or similar circumstances.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aituos Controls is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from product selection, installation, downtime, production interruption, loss of profit or delayed delivery.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
