These Terms and Conditions govern use of aituoscontrols.com and commercial transactions with Aituos Controls unless different written terms are agreed for a specific quotation or order.

Aituos Controls is operated by Xiamen Aituosi Network Technology Co., Ltd., No.18 Guanri Road, Siming District, Xiamen, Fujian, China.
Quotations and Orders
Website listings are informational and do not constitute a binding offer. Product availability, price, quantity, condition, lead time, shipping terms, and payment terms are confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice, or order confirmation.
An order becomes binding when it is accepted by us and any required payment or agreed commercial condition has been satisfied.
Product Identification
Industrial components should be ordered using the exact manufacturer Part Number whenever possible. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the selected product is suitable for the intended system, application, electrical ratings, firmware, approvals, and installation requirements.
Product Condition
Unless otherwise stated, the default product condition is New. Products may also be offered as New – Open Box, Refurbished, or Used when clearly identified in the listing or quotation.
Pricing and Payment
Prices may change with availability, quantity, condition, exchange rates, logistics costs, and market supply. Applicable payment method, currency, bank fees, and payment terms are stated in the commercial documents for each order.
Shipping and Import
Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy and the agreed commercial terms. Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer is responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, permits, and customs-clearance charges.
Warranty and Returns
Unless otherwise stated, products are covered by our 12-month standard warranty and 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Technical Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, manuals, and compatibility information. Technical data should be verified against the applicable manufacturer documentation before installation or engineering use.
Trademarks and Manufacturer Names
Manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, product names, and Part Numbers belong to their respective owners and are used for product identification and compatibility reference. Aituos Controls is an independent supplier and does not claim manufacturer authorization unless explicitly stated.
Export and Regulatory Compliance
Orders may be subject to export-control, sanctions, customs, end-use, or other regulatory requirements. We may request additional buyer, destination, or end-use information and may decline or cancel a transaction where required for compliance.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aituos Controls is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from product selection, installation, downtime, production loss, or delayed delivery. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
