PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product Overview
The Allen-Bradley 1771-PS7 is a stand-alone AC power supply module designed for PLC-5 systems. It operates on nominal 120V AC or 220V AC input lines. The module delivers a regulated backplane output of 5V DC at 16A. It also supplies multiple auxiliary user outputs for system components. Total power output must not exceed 100W across backplane and user loads.
This auxiliary supply can mount directly to an I/O chassis or install separately on a panel. A D-sub connector provides power delivery to the chassis backplane. Remote installation requires an optional 1771-PSCC cable measuring 5.5 feet in length. Natural convection cooling requires placement adjacent to or above the chassis. A front configuration jumper determines stand-alone operation.
