Refund and Returns Policy

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to products supplied by Aituos Controls unless different terms are stated on the quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation or product listing. Where mandatory law gives you additional rights, those rights are not limited by this policy.

2. 30-Day Return Request Period

Standard return requests should be submitted within 30 days after delivery. A return is not automatically approved solely because it is requested within this period. Eligibility depends on product condition, order type and the circumstances of the return.

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a standard return, the item should normally remain in substantially the same condition in which it was supplied, including original packaging, labels, accessories and documentation where applicable.

• Products sold as New should not show signs of installation, wiring, programming, modification or use.
• Serial numbers, manufacturer labels and identification markings must remain intact.
• Special-order, configured, customized or expressly non-cancellable items may be excluded when this was disclosed before purchase.
• Damage caused by incorrect installation, storage, wiring, handling, environmental conditions or misuse is not covered as a standard return.

4. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products

If an item arrives damaged, materially different from the confirmed Part Number or appears defective, contact us promptly. Please provide the order reference, Part Number, product label or serial number where applicable, packaging photos and a clear description of the issue.

After review, the available resolution may include return authorization, replacement, testing, repair, credit, refund or another appropriate remedy.

5. 12-Month Standard Warranty

Unless otherwise stated before purchase, Aituos Controls provides a 12-month standard warranty on supplied products. Warranty coverage applies to qualifying defects arising under normal intended use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unsuitable electrical supply, improper storage, environmental exposure, unauthorized repair, alteration or other external causes. Inspection or testing may be required before a warranty remedy is approved.

6. Return Authorization

Email sales@aituoscontrols.com with the Part Number, quantity, order reference and reason for return. We will provide the correct return destination and any required reference information.

Do not send products directly to the original manufacturer unless Aituos Controls specifically instructs you to do so.

7. Return Shipping, Duties & Risk

When a return results from our confirmed shipping error or a verified qualifying product issue, return-shipping arrangements will be agreed with you. For discretionary returns, return freight, insurance, duties, taxes and related charges are normally the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Returned industrial components should be packaged securely and sent using a trackable, appropriately insured service.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method or by another mutually agreed method.

Original freight, customs duties, taxes, bank charges and payment-processing costs may be non-refundable unless the return resulted from our confirmed error or applicable law requires otherwise. Bank and card processing times are outside our direct control.
