Product Overview
The Allen-Bradley 1771-OZL PLC-5 Digital Output Module provides eight dry-reed contact outputs. The outputs are Form A normally open contacts arranged in four isolated groups of two. Each two-output group has its own independent common connection. All outputs are electrically isolated from the backplane logic circuitry. Eight front-panel status indicators show when individual output relays energize.
The unit operates across 0 to 24 Volts AC and 0 to 24 Volts DC. Each contact output supports a maximum continuous current of 100 milliamperes. Power rating per output is 2.4 Watts resistive for DC and suppressed AC loads. The module draws a maximum backplane current of 420 milliamperes. It installs directly into a 1771 Series A or Series B I/O chassis.
