The ABB DI830 3BSE013210R1 is a 16-channel 24 V d.c. digital input module for S800 I/O systems. Each input channel operates with a current sinking configuration drawing 6 mA at 24 V d.c. Each channel includes current limiting components, EMC protection, an optical isolation barrier, and an LED. The module cyclically performs internal self-diagnostics. Digital filter times can be selected in the range from 0 to 100 ms. Pulses shorter than the configured filter time are filtered out.
