PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product Overview
Revision scope: These specifications describe 1756-EN2T/A (Series A). Check the corresponding technical data before specifying another hardware series.
The Allen-Bradley 1756-EN2T is a ControlLogix Communication Module designed for industrial EtherNet/IP communications. It provides standard 10/100 Mbps data exchange between controllers and remote network devices. The bridge module occupies a single slot in any compatible ControlLogix chassis. It establishes communication links between controllers, remote I/O modules, and drives.
This Series A interface handles up to 128 CIP connections and 256 TCP connections simultaneously. It supports unicast communication in RSLogix 5000 software version 16.03.00 or later. A front-panel full-speed USB port allows temporary local programming and diagnostics. Operating power dissipation is rated at 5.1 W with an open-style enclosure.
