PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product Overview
The Allen-Bradley 1771-ODC is a PLC-5 Digital Output Module designed for 1771 I/O chassis systems. It provides six individually isolated AC output channels operating at a nominal voltage of 120V AC. The operating voltage range spans from 92 to 138V AC across a 47 to 63 Hz frequency. This module executes discrete output commands received directly from the PLC-5 processor.
Each output channel delivers up to 2A continuous current with a module maximum of 6A. Individual channels contain surge suppression circuitry to limit high-voltage AC line transients. The module includes optical coupling and filtering to reduce electrical signal noise. Twelve front-panel status indicators show individual output states and blown-fuse conditions. Field connections attach through a catalog 1771-WD or 1771-WH field wiring arm.
